Workbench — spec sheet

What I run reliably

Specs, not slogans. Five capabilities, each with the actual tools behind them.

01 · Routing

Workflow Automation

I map the real process, then design conditional routers with retries, idempotency and human fallback — every path has a next step and clear logs/alerts. You get deterministic flows that don’t leak and follow-up that happens without babysitting.

02 · Funnels

Funnel Building

I build funnels natively in GoHighLevel — and when you need more customisability, I build custom with code (JS/HTML/CSS). You get a choice on preference, not a limit on what’s possible — either way, fast, mobile-first, and logged.

03 · Intelligence

AI & Prompts

I use agentic tools to hasten automation builds and make them foolproof — generating and verifying every path before handoff so no unintended error or leak slips through. You get more reliable, repeatable builds in less time.

API Integrations

I integrate apps natively in GoHighLevel where available — and when not, I wire APIs and webhooks (as long as they’re available) to connect them. I’m also familiar with Make, Zapier and n8n, but GHL is my main. You get a single synced stack without glue-code, with a logged audit.

No-Code / Low-Code

I work with low-code/no-code, but I can understand and implement coding — grounded in my frontend background with JS, HTML and CSS. You get builds that stay clean, tweakable and maintainable, not locked-in.

How I hand over — warm & documented

1. Map the real flow. 2. Build happy path + human fallback. 3. Log to Sheets, alert to Slack, leave a Loom.
